At Love Yoga, we offer a variety of yoga classes that cater to many comfort levels and abilities. Unlike other yoga studios, our classes are not segregated by skill level, but instead, are sorted according to the focus class. Class Descriptions

Energizing Flow In Energizing Flow, we start with a slow 10-minute warm-up. We then build cleansing, internal heat through fast paced Sun Salutations and graceful transitions as we move quickly in and out of challenging yoga postures. The class always ends with a relaxing 10-minute cool down before transitioning into Savasana.

Strong, Flexible & Balanced In Strong, Flexible & Balanced, we apply our yoga focus to building a strong, flexible, and balanced body. We move at a moderate pace as we explore strength building yoga exercises and poses that focus on the core and gentle balancing getting the really yummy stretches.


Monday — 5:30 p.m. — Energizing Flow

Tuesday — 10 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. — Strong, Flexible & Balanced

Wednesday — 5:30 p.m. Tusculum College (follows TC schedule)

Thursday — 10 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. — Strong, Flexible & Balanced

Saturday — 10 a.m. — Strong, Flexible & Balanced

After that, the prices are as follows:


Drop-In: $5

10 Classes: $35

Monthly Unlimited: $50

Private Lessons: $20 per hour
